This is a step by step guide to setup the Cooling or Heating system in your apartment.
 

Step 1:

Go to your wall thermostat and switch it to the OFF position.

Step 2:

Please open your laundry cubicle and find a switch on the wall.

Switch it OFF please.

Step 3:

Now please wait for 5 minutes to ensure the proper reset.

Step 4:

Now, please switch it ON.

Step 5:

Go back to your wall thermostat and switch it to the desired position:

COOL or HEAT.

------ Step 6 Cooling ------

Press the buttons, to low the Temperature to the minimum.

Step 7 Cooling:

Set COOL with your remote control by using the MODE button.

Step 7.1 Cooling:

Low the temperature to the lowest possible.

Step 8:

Now please wait for 10 to 15 minutes.

The fancoils should start blowing air soon, please be patient.

Note: sometimes it takes several intents, especially if the parts inside are stuck, if it doesn't work at the first time, please star over the process 2 or 3 times.

------ Step 6 Heating ------

Press the buttons, to raise the Temperature to the maximum.

Step 7 Heating:

Set HEAT with your remote control by using the MODE button.

Step 7.1:

Raise the temperature to the maximum.

Step 8:

Now please wait for 10 to 15 minutes.

The fancoils should start blowing air soon, please be patient.

Note: sometimes it takes several intents, especially if the parts inside are stuck, if it doesn't work at the first time, please star over the process 2 or 3 times.

------ Lo battery flashing ------

If in the process of setting up your wall thermostat you notice a:

Please change the batteries by removing it from the wall.

Once you have changed the batteries, please go to step 1.

------ Full Reset Guide ------

This will teach you how to reset not only the fancoils but also the pump and actuators in your system.

Now you must repeat the set up process.

Just click on Cooling or Heating

------ Still not working? ------

If you have tried several times and you have reset it (FULL RESET) and it's still not working, it's time to call a technician.

Sadly the Strata won't take care of this expense since it's an inside issue.

With that in mind, you are free to call any trade of your preference.
