Moving in/out instructions
This guide is to provide the details of the moving in/out process.
It's VERY important to consult your plans with the building manager prior to confirming with your movers.
Booking requests need to be done with at least 4 days in advance (working days) and are subject to availability and confirmation by the building manager.
1.
Fees.

Monday to Friday Bookings:
- Move in fee is $200 CAD.
- Maximum 4 hours,
- You may start at 9 AM.
- You have to finish by 4 PM.

Weekend/After-hours/Statutory days Bookings:
- Move in fee = $200 CAD.

- Weekend fee = $100 CAD.
- Maximum 3 hours,
- You may start at 8 AM.
- You have to finish by 1 PM.

Important rules:
All furniture MUST go through the parking, nothing through the lobby.
The handicap lifter is NOT for moving.
Blocking the parking gates is forbidden and there are fines for doing that.

201 to 220 → 1B elevator (East)

301 to 320 → 1B elevator (East)

421 to 440 → 1A elevator (West)

Where to park
Maximum length: 15 ft.
Maximum height: no limit.
Important.
If you hire a company with a larger truck, you will be
responsible for finding a parking spot on the street without blocking
the building, view or street traffic at any time.
The building manager has no obligation to help, argue or
deal with your movers.
Please respect your moving times, there will be no time extensions.

101 to 128 → 2A elevator (East)
129 to 157 → 2C elevator (West)
201 to 231 → 2A elevator (East)
232 to 260 → 2C elevator (West)
301 to 331 → 2A elevator (East)
332 to 360 → 2C elevator (West)
401 to 431 → 2A elevator (East)
432 to 460 → 2C elevator (West)
Important: 2B elevator is not for moving in/out.
